[ Guang Ying Shen ~ Persistent, are we? ]
Shen wanted to wave her benefactor off, but found she was still somewhat lightheaded from the screaming in her ears. She gratefully took his arm and leaned a bit on him - careful not to put too much of her weight against the shorter man.
If he truly was Charon as she suspected, she didn't want to leave him high and dry, but if she was wrong...
"Really, I will be fine." She assured, looking down at him beyond her spectacles. She couldn't get him involved, especially if he hadn't awakened yet. "Just give a moment to regain my footing and I can continue on my way. Please..." The last word was almost pleading, Shen nervously looking out of the cafe and towards the mall, hearing the Song telling her that danger was near. Her brows furrowed together.
"I really must go." She insisted, barely even catching his name nor bothering to offer her own.

Valencia Buchanen - I Hate Men
Valencia had been keeping an eye on the area while she'd spoken to Ares. It wasn't too crowded a place but she could tell that something was going on. Ares wouldn't be playing around if there wasn't something-
"Hey. I don't think I've seen you in town before. Are you new?"
An unwanted irritant happened to come into her line of vision and Valencia glared at him over the top of her sunglasses. The male who'd spoken was respectably dressed but was looking at her in a way that just made her want to bash his teeth in. If there was one thing she hated more than being hit on poorly, it was being hit on poorly by a man.
"Yes I'm new, not that I'd be interested in you." She let her gaze linger down him and sneered. "You don't have the right equipment."
The man jerked back and his eyes narrowed. "Should've known you'd be a bull-dyke with hair like that."
"Ex-cuse me?" Valencia straightened from her position on the wall. "What did you just call me?"
"A bull-dyke. What, are you deaf or just slow on the uptake?" He muttered in Japanese. "Fucking foreigners."
A rather cruel, cold smile crossed her features and Valencia calmly removed her sunglasses, folded them, and tucked them into her pocket. "No, I just wanted to be sure I had a reasonable excuse to do this."
Quick as a snake she lashed out and her fist connected firmly with the man's stomach. When he doubled over, coughing and wheezing, an elbow to the back of his neck sent him sprawling. All the while, Valencia's pulse never raised above normal. She dusted off her hands and was about to turn back to Ares when she heard voices.
"Aw fuck! Sen-dono! Someone's attacking one of the men!"

Alastor Vasilios - You shouldn't have said that
"No. You're the first one I've seen." Alastor was grateful when the strange man drew Ouranos' attention away from her for a moment. Until he called her a dyke. The pink-haired woman cringed as she listened to the conversation. "Oh, you shouldn't have said that." When the other woman punched him, Alastor seized the opportunity to slip away unnoticed. She had barely gotten a few steps, however, when she heard someone else start yelling.
Her protective instincts kicked in as she transformed into Ares and moved into the crowd to stop his friends from intervening. "These modern men really should learn better manners." She concentrated for a moment and formed her favorite staff from her own blood. She twirled it a few times to clear enough of a space in front of her so she wouldn't hurt any innocents. "And I'll be more than happy to teach them."

{ Alexis Caldwell-Blakeney :: Oh...oh no... }Alexis had, if she were completely honest, been rather enjoying the compliments she had been getting that day. It was a very pleasant distraction from everything else that had been going on, from the nightmares she had been unable to get rid of since the - events at the cafe. Mavros was a calming presence, and a pleasant one at that. She had the oddest sensation that she had known him for years, not just a few days. As she heard shouting, she turned to look. It was an automatic reaction. When she saw what was going on, all colour bled from Alexis' face. "Oh dear heaven..." She muttered, taking a nervous step towards the oddly-dressed woman, and couldn't understand why she was doing so. What she wanted to do was run as far away as she could. There was something about the woman... Something about her was so like Alexis' nightmares that she found herself needing to know more. [[OOC: Argh, sorry Tenka ]]

[[ Mavros Kalloni ]]
Their walk had been pleasant, but like Alexis, Mavros' automatic reaction was to look for the source of the disturbance. He had to be ready at all times to protect Alexis, even if it was just a shoplifter making an escape or a a misunderstanding amongst strangers. He would rather have had either of those disturbances over what he saw.
The strangely-dressed woman was familiar enough. She was from the past, that much he knew. He couldn't be bothered to remember her name, if he even knew it in the first place. He was, however, quickly trying to determine how much of a threat she could be to them, and quickly decided that he didn't want to stick around to find out.
He was about to turn Alexis away and take their leave, but found her instead inching toward the woman. He quickly grabbed her arm, perhaps with more force than necessary in his haste. "Alexis, no!" he urged under his breath. "Let's go, we don't want to deal with their lot."

Meidono Sen - HEY! Don't Hit my Men! Only *I* can do That!
Valencia Buchanen - Goddamn Men!
Sen had been walking with the mysterious woman when he heard a commotion outside. Something about the shouts made him suspicious and he left her long enough to see one of his men get punched out by a blonde with a spiky haircut. Moron. Just from the way she's dressed you can tell she's a lesbian. However, his other gaki were rushing over to help and it didn't look like this would end well.
Sure enough, she not only hauled back and started kicking the ass of all his men, but then suddenly her form wavered and she reappeared in the strangest outfit he'd ever seen. That really didn't bother him. What did bother him was the enormous warhammer on her back that she was currently swinging down onto his helpless men.
"HEY!" He perhaps did the stupidest thing in existence. He ran for her. "Who the hell do you think you are?"
She gave him a dispassionate look, curled her lip in a sneer, and swung her hammer. Sen dodged the first blow but she was fast as a viper. She used the momentum from the spinning hammer to kick him in the chest. The powerful blow sent him flying back and when he hit the wall, the air was knocked out of his lungs. He gasped several times, trying to recover his breathing and everything started to get fuzzy.
"Who am I? Mm, must not be one of the ones we're looking for. Either that or he hasn't awakened yet. Either way..." She walked over to him, starting to spin her hammer in a circle. "He's an annoyance that will soon be disposed of."

[ Guang Ying Shen ~ Bloody Hell ]
Shen's instincts kicked in the moment she noticed movement out of the corner of her eye. Almost instantly, the dizzy feeling left her and the Song started screaming at her. Her head snapped across the way and towards the commotion, spotting a woman transforming.
Those pale eyes of hers widened.
Although she had only fought one of the woman who had destroyed the Silver Millennium, she'd recognize that energy anywhere. More over, there were two of them, and no other Senshi in sight...not that she would know any of them, that is.
Shen was about to bark at her male benefactor and Han to Get The Hell Away when all hell broke loose.
Sen charged at the woman and got knocked aside, colliding with a distant wall. The dark Senshi swung her massive hammer around for the kill shot, slowly approaching him.
Charon!
All sense left her in that moment. Shen forgot where she was and who she was, her eyes turning into ice as the persona of Saturn broke free from her restraints. She rushed forward at speeds she had learned during her years of studying Kung Fu, quickly standing between Sen and the hammer-wielding Senshi.
Her back rippled as her swords began to manifest within her flesh. Shen didn't even care that she had to maintain her identity; she wasn't about to let anyone hurt Charon. The hilts of her swords jutted out from the fabric of her turtle neck, her hands reaching out and grasping the pommels firmly, slowly drawing them out of her back.
"If you harm this man any further..." Shen said in a low, dark hiss, speaking in perfect Japanese. Her entire form was engulfed in wispy shadows, shattering from her an d revealing her in her full Saturn regalia. "...The only fate you have is facing Oblivion." Saturn twisted her twin katana around in her hands, forming a defensive posture before the mysterious Senshi.

[ Phoenix Nigel-Sebastian - It's a digital world after all ]
Phoenix picked a really bad day to sit and people watch. There were just far too many to get a good look at any one person. He had spotted a woman with unusual blue hair and knee high red boots, but before he could get more than a glimpse of her, a teenager with as much air in her head as she had in her bra bounced in front of him trying to sell him some horrible-smelling cologne. By the time he got away from her, the blue-haired woman (Celeste) was nowhere to be seen.
And now people were running past him saying some kind of fight had broken out near the bakery. The platinum blond watched the more skittish shoppers head for the nearest exit, while several others pulled out camera phones and moved toward the fight. He wrote a quick note on a blank section of his finger, reminding himself to watch the news that evening, just to see what happened. He was planning to stay far away from it.
Until he heard someone say 'Senshi'. Grabbing his things, he followed the gawkers toward the bakery and tried to find a good spot to watch what was happening.
(OOC: Since no other civs jumped in.)

[ Sailor Ares - Dominant one ]
Most of the guy's friends seemed to be going after Ouranos, which was fine with Ares. What was surprising to her was that none of the senshi had appeared to stop them yet. She had heard enough about recent fights to know that some senshi had returned, though there was no way to tell who.
She heard Ouranos talking about the man that had charged her and she looked to see if she recognized him. "If he is, then you'll be doing someone a favor. Doesn't look like much of a fighter."
Ouranos moved to strike the prone man and Ares aimed for the bystanders closest to them. "Blood Strike!" The more she could make them bleed, the better her own chances were. And if it hit the already injured man, so be it. It might make his demise a little easier.
The words had barely left her lips when a new voice reached her ears. Looking back to Ouranos, Ares saw a senshi she had never seen before. She hadn't survived long enough in the past to face her, but Ares had a good idea who the wielder of the katana was.
"Ooh, looks like you found his girlfriend. Guess we know who the dominant one is in that relationship."

{ Alexis Caldwell-Blakeney :: Memories }
Things were happening in slow motion. The air felt thick around her, and Alexis was having trouble breathing. She heard Mavros talking, his voice coming from seemingly miles away, felt his grip sharp on her arm. It wasn't enough to bring her back, though she did hesitate.
"I...I have to go there..." She murmured slowly.
Then she saw the other woman, darkness seeming to collate around her. Alexis hissed, jerking with alarm, nearly pulling Mavos over with her as she jarred. She could see the battleground, clear as day. Could feel the pain of the wounds she was carrying, the anguish of loss. Death was all around, the stench of blood in the air. All she wanted to do was cry, wail out her grief to the sky, but how could she? How could she change the perception of the ice princess that she was? The ice princess of Mercury.
Alexis gasped, jerking away from Mavros as she pulled her mind back to herself, power rushing around her. One moment she was there, the next moment Sailor Mercury stood in her place.
"Saturn..." She murmured.

[[ Mavros Kalloni -> Maia ]]
One moment, he was holding Alexis' arm.
The next moment, Sailor Mercury stood before him in all her glory.
To say he was dumbstruck was an understatement. For a moment, he forgot that he had been looking for her all along and stared in wonder. Then, she murmured that name that he had been so long ago conditioned to fear.
"Saturn..."
Mavros whipped around to see. He had been so focused on Alexis and planning their escape that he hadn't noticed the dark warrior's appearance, or the second member of the enemy. Things were escalating fast: Two enemy senshi, his princess, and the senshi of his once-nightmares.
Mavros looked to Alexis- No, to Mercury and stepped to her. He took her hand solemnly. "If you must go there, then I shall go with you." He released her hand and turned his ring-hand so that his ring faced up. It glinted from a non-existent light-source and replaced his ordinary clothing with that of a blue and white uniform, adorned in metal plating on his chest. He held out his hand, willing the Sfyri to his grasp. "I shall go where you go, always, my Princess."

{ Sailor Mercury :: Woken at last }
"Maia!" For the briefest of moments nothing mattered to Mercury but the fact her beloved guardian was with her, that he had searched for her, and had found her. Her face lit up, joy radiating from her. It lasted mere seconds, but the action was pure and unfeigned. Sailor Mercury was ecstatic at having her guardian by her side once more. She gave Mavros - Maia - the same smile she had reserved only for him, then inclined her head slightly, business taking over.
"It seems we are not the only ones reborn." She said quietly. "Our enemies have been, also." Mercury frowned. "An unexpected and unpleasant dilemma. Nonetheless, if Sailor Saturn is herself here, it may be wise we step in to assist. She is only one, after all." She held out one hand, Caduceus forming in it looking for all the world like a timelapse of an icicle forming on a roof. "To battle once more."
Safe in the knowledge her Guardian was with her, and would follow her, she took calm, unhurried steps towards the confrontation; Sailor Saturn was - as far as Mercury was aware - a powerful senshi in her own right, and would likely need no assistance against the single Shade that stood before her. There was more than one, however, and should she decide to attack, Mercury wished to be ready.
"Step away." She told the other woman, her voice as icy calm as her demeanour.

Meidono Sen - And It's All Coming Back to Me Now...
Sen usually wasn't so dumb and it served him right that the one time he acted like an idiot he got kicked in the chest for it. However, when a figure appeared in front of him, dressed in shades of darkness, and wielding blades she'd drawn from her shoulders, it felt like he got kicked in the chest again. That person...he'd dreamed about that person for so long...aching to hear her voice...memories that weren't his were pouring into his head, making it pound even more but he had to get up. If she was there, there was hope. Hope that perhaps...she remembered him...when he wore a different shape...
"Saturn."
The ring on his finger started to glow and a cool, dry fog surrounded him. A crown of vines wrapped around his head as a tunic and pants replaced his normal clothes. A heavy oar appeared in his hand and he braced it on the floor, using it to push himself up. Yes. Though we wear different forms, I could never forget that power, that aura. And the Guardian of Pluto, Charon, joined the battle.
Ouranos - Well Isn't this a Treat?
Ouranos had heard of this soldier. While she'd never fought Saturn before, she'd always wanted to test her powers against the legendary Soldier of Destruction. The blades she pulled from her shoulders were impressive and Ouranos actually smiled at her.
"Sailorsaturn, what an honor. I've always wanted to test my mettle against a Senshi of your caliber. Allow me to introduce myself: I am Sailorouranos, the true ruler of the planet Uranus." She glanced over her shoulder as the man emerged bedecked in a cloak of mist. "Ah, I see your boyfriend is awake. No matter. Two is just as fun as one."
And the hammer's head glowed with a cerulean blue light and she hurled it at the two of them, not caring who, or what, she struck.

[ Sailor Saturn ~ Not in the mood for games ]
For the briefest of moments, the Song quieted around her. She could feel the presence of the one behind her shift, heard her name spoken. Sailor Saturn paid it little heed, focusing instead on the figure before her. So, her intuition was right; that man was Charon. But, her focus was on the here and now, not on the ghosts of the past.
With the Song returning to it's normal roar, Saturn saw the hammer headed towards her. Twisting her blades deftly in her hand, instead of going to dodge the energy-charged weapon, she ran straight for it. Holding her blades in an attack position, her form became ghostly for the briefest of moments before slashing outwards.
"Silhouette Strike." She hissed, and with the sweep of her katana, she released pulsing blades of dark energy that moved towards the offending hammer; one of them aiming to knock it aside, while the other shot past it and towards Ouranos.

Ouranos - Not Bad, Not Bad
Saturn was as quick and powerful as the rumors suggested. Ouranos nimbly dodged one of the blades but grinned at where her hammer struck. One of Saturn's blades had knocked it away...but it slammed into the wall behind the mist-cloaked man. With the extra gravity and the power behind her throw, the wall smashed into pieces. Those pieces fell on top of Charon, who managed to dodge and avoid getting pinned by all of it. Ouranos smiled, relishing the screams of panic that were now starting and held out her hand. Her hammer flew back into it, the handle smacking her palm.
"Not bad. Let's dance, shall we?"
After having gauged Saturn's magical attacks, now she wanted to see how she fought at close-range. Her weapon has the longer reach but that means I can get in closer. And she came at Saturn, cautiously but enthusiastically, swinging her hammer to clash it against the swords.
Charon - When I Get Out of Here...
Charon meanwhile struggled with the rubble, cursing all the while. At least this oar is good for something. He used it like a lever and started heaving the boulders off his legs. All right, no more playing around. I'm not going to be a liability on the battlefield. Not this time.
"Ah! Fuck!" He winced as a particularly large piece of wall shifted and landed on his knee.
I will get out of here damn it. And he levered off that piece of stone.

[ Sailor Saturn ~ So you wanna dance, huh? ]
Although she had successfully deflected the hammer from her, Sailor Saturn had unwittingly put Charon into danger due to it. She mentally hissed a curse due to it; no matter how careful she was, she always inadvertently got someone hurt. But, she was a Destroyer, and that was how things went when that was all she could do.
However, Saturn couldn't focus on Charon. She had a dangerous foe before her, and the anger within her was slowly beginning to rise. Ouranos had hurt Charon - and she wasn't about to let the crime go unpunished.
Saturn easily blocked the swing of the hammer towards her with her twin katana crossed like an X. Instead of a metal-on-metal clang, the metal of the hammer was muffled by the sturdy bone of the Irakage. Saturn began to push up against the weight of the hammer, staring down at Ouranos with cold, unfeeling eyes.
"Very well. Just don't expect me to be a forthcoming partner." Saturn's voice was as cool as her expression, uncrossing her swords from the hammer and sweeping one out in a wide arch; a feint. While she aimed with that attack, she aimed her other katana down towards Ouranos' shoulder.
