Nick Name: Cici
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Unequivocally lesbian.

Hair: Unlike her twin's golden, Ciel's blonde has taken on a more ginger-y hue, which she cheerfully tells anyone who queries her is called 'Strawberry Blonde' (so there). She has been growing it out since she was about twelve, and it reaches to just below her butt. It waves naturally, so on odd occasions she will straighten it, but as a general rule she likes to let it just do its own thing. If required, she will put it all up (often in intricate designs) but usually she'll just gather up the top section and leave the rest loose. She has a relatively long fringe that hangs to her nose, but she side-parts her hair and keeps it styled out of the way.
Face & Eyes: Like Koray, Ciel's face is round and soft, but she has inherited their father's strong, quite square jawline. Her eyes have inherited their mother's slant, but her father's blue colouring, and her lashes are permanently mascara-ed to hide the fact they are the same colour as her hair. Her brows are plucked into an immaculate line. Ciel wears quite a bit of make-up, but applies it subtly, preferring softer neutral tones to brighter colours.
Body Type: Ciel is a bit of an upside-down-pear-shape; she has what has been described as “a remarkable rack”, but she is quite slender everywhere else. Her torso (though well-endowed) is quite short, so her long legs don't go very far to making her much taller - as it is, she barely reaches her five-foot-eleven twin's shoulders at an even five foot tall. Due to her life goal, Ciel is very toned, and keeps herself in good shape; no mean feat given how food-loving her family is!
Clothing Style: Vintage vintage vintage! Particularly 50's-style swing dresses. Ciel loves dresses and skirts, and spurns trousers unless she really has to wear them. Even at work, Ciel can be found wearing either a pretty vintage-look dress, or a skirt and a blouse. Most colours suit her, though she errs away from too much orange or yellow as she's not convinced it goes with her hair-colour. For footwear, Ciel prefers low heels, unless she's going out, then she is all about Irregular Choice shoes; she has a vast collection she adds to roughly every month (much to her father and twin's utter bemusement). When working out, she wears trainers, but will never wear them anywhere but the gym.

Personality: Ciel Ignis is a terrible, terrible flirt. And most of the time, she doesn't really realise she's doing it. She just loves to chatter with people, and her warm and friendly nature can often come across in a completely different manner to that which she intended. That being said, Ciel flirts a lot. She'll flirt and flatter the older male patrons of her parents' cafe/bakery, and she'll teasingly flirt with the younger ones. When women come on the scene, however, Ciel ramps up the charm. She doesn't remember how young she was when she decided that boys sucked and women were great (perhaps she never 'grew out of' that phase all kids go through?) but what she does know is that she gets a happy little thrill ever time something she says or does makes a woman smile.
Through virtue of being the only daughter, and the only female in a family fair bursting with boys, Ciel is a teensy bit of a spoiled diva at times. She generally doesn't mean to be, but she is so used to getting her own way that she can get quite stroppy when she doesn't. She is well aware she has her father wrapped around her little finger, and when she wants something or wants to do something he might not approve of, she knows exactly how to get around him. She certainly isn't above using her long lashes and big eyes to get her way, nor letting said eyes fill with tears if she thinks she won't (or if she thinks that is the way to succeed). Unfortunately, she can become very sulky and pouty if she doesn't get her own way, and sometimes the tears she had been putting on turn into actual tears of mingled anger, upset, and frustration.
Being the only daughter, Ciel has been rather spoiled by her family, and has had to do very little for herself; both her father and her twin brother have been there to stop anyone from harming her (which in some ways was not such a good thing, as she's had trouble finding a relationship), her mother cooks and cleans for her, her father bakes cakes for her. She has never had to fend for herself. Because of this, Ciel doesn't really know how. She is vaguely competent in the kitchen, but she won't be winning any awards. She knows where the vacuum cleaner is, and she's used it perhaps once or twice, but she doesn't know where the washing machine or tumble drier are, nor would she know what to do if confronted with one. Like her twin, Ciel wraps herself up in whatever task she is at, and will forget to do the simplest things like eat or drink. Their parents despair of them.
Although she can be spoiled and a bit selfish, Ciel is a genuinely warm and loving person, very exuberant and high-spirited (unless of the aforementioned not-getting-her-own-way issues). She is very social and absolutely adores being around people as often as possible, which is part of the reason she chose to work at the cafe; she has plenty of opportunities to see other people and be social. And flirt, of course, mustn't forget that. As a friend, Ciel is giving and thoughtful, nearly as thoughtful as her twin in fact. She never forgets a birthday or special event, and goes out of her way to ensure everyone at an event is made to feel very special and happy to be there. Strangers are treated to darling smiles and warm greetings, and she is always extra-nice to waiters/waitresses when eating out. Going shopping, she is the customer who is always smiling and polite, who will do what she can to avoid making any extra work for the workers (up to and including folding any clothing she has tried on, and returning it to its shelf/rail), and always remembers to say “please” and “thank you”. Ciel feels that politeness doesn't cost anything, and it can make someone's day.
Partly because of being the apple of her father's eye, and partly because she really is quite pretty, Ciel is rather vain. She enjoys showing off her figure when she has the chance, and works out near-religiously to keep herself in the shape she wishes to be. Her favourite parts of herself are her chest and legs, even though she has to spend a ridiculous amount on decent bras for the former. She can barely pass a mirror without checking herself out, and loves to put herself where she can be seen and admired. Ciel won't ever admit it, but she sometimes wishes she had a less 'impressive rack', as she struggles with frequent back-aches.

[ Present History ]
Ciel Ignis is the younger twin (by a whole 30 minutes, as her beloved brother just loves to remind her) born to Kasumi and Aither Ignis. After the birth of their twins, Kasumi requested her husband take them all to her homeland of Japan, as she wished her children to experience the culture that she had grown up in. Though reluctant to leave his Grecian homeland, Aither was always willing to do as his beloved wife wished, and compromised; he would move his bakery business to Japan once the twins were twelve. This appeased Kasumi, and that is what they did. The twins grew up speaking a fractured combination of Greek, ancient Greek, Japanese, and English, and learned to embrace both their cultures.
Ciel was (and still is) the apple of Aither's eye. Not to say that she and her mother don't get on, because they are very close, but she and her “Ba-Bas” have a special relationship. Partly it's because she can pretty much get away with murder around him.
Although not stupid by any account (after all, she speaks four languages) Ciel is not one for schooling and study. Her favourite subject was drama, and she took to it like a duck to water. Soon enough, she was the starring attraction of the school plays up to and including when they moved to Japan. Teased initially for her early development and just how large she developed, Ciel threw herself further into acting as an escape. After a while, she stopped letting the taunts get to her, and developed a “What will be, will be” attitude towards it. Of course she wanted to be the popular girl, but if she wasn't, she still had her acting, and she was determined to become a famous actress who could look down on her tormentors from a metaphorical tower of fame and fortune.
She settled in her studies as best she could, but left school with average grades in everything but drama. The latter, she received a distinction in. She took the subject further in college, then moved to a specialised drama school. Ciel felt she fit in much better there, though grows weary of the constant fakery. She has a few friends, but not as many as she would like. Nonetheless, the ones she does have have stuck with her through thick and thin, not to mention the ridiculous work-out regimes she has for herself.
She can't remember when she decided that she decided she disliked the idea of a relationship with a male, and Ciel doesn't really bother to think about it. Her confident sexuality has won her plenty of bedfellows and the occasional relationship, but it seems that her penchant for flirting with everything remotely female puts many women off entering a relationship with her. They aren't to know she would never consider cheating, she just can't help herself from flirting. Especially if there's a pretty woman about. Her twin constantly tries to 'scare' people away from flirting with her and getting too friendly, and she allows him to do so with the men, but not the women. Koray gets most frustrated with her.
Everything that Ciel knew as 'real' took a nose-dive when she turned twenty-one. She had been having strange dreams for months, odd nightmares in which she woke up crying for the loss of a family she knew was not hers, but loved as dearly as her own. She tried to brush them off as stress, or “just one of those things”, but she had a strange feeling they were more than just dreams.
On the morning of her twenty-first birthday, Ciel was up earlier than anyone else in the family. The bakery was closed for the day as it always was on a family birthday, and she has never quite grown out of the excitement of birthdays. On the end of her bed was a strange-looking thing, something that could have been a necklace had it been smaller and less gaudy, or a belt had it not had the huge gem-like-thing dangling from it like a pendulum. Curious, and wondering which of her family had had the lack of taste to leave it on her bed without wrapping it (and who had had the lack of taste to buy it in the first place!) Ciel picked it up.
The force of the memories returning to her knocked Ciel from the bed. She hit the floor, dazed, as she remembered a time millennia ago when she had been called Photine and had been dragged from her family thanks to her warped genetics. Magic. They had called it magic. She had called it a curse. She remembered. She was Photine, the one they had called Titania.
It took Ciel about an hour to calm herself down. How could she tell anyone about this? How had she ended up here, reborn like this? She remembered little of the battle she had been forced to participate in, only that she had dutifully followed the woman who was her princess, and had fallen by her side.
She had to assume that the princess of Uranus had also been reborn, and that so had the other royal families of the other planets, and their guardians too. She supposed that she ought to have been excited at the prospect of being reborn, that things might go differently this time. She supposed she should try and locate the reborn princess of Uranus, or at the very least the reborn Princess Selenity (because there was no way she hadn't been reborn) but Ciel felt a deep reticence. She had a chance to start over, a chance to be herself, not Titania. She put the ugly gem - which she now remembered was called Luminox - away in her bedside drawer, and tried her hardest to forget about it.

Uniform Description: (( Here is a vague attempt to depict what I mean with Titania's outfit. It's not perfect, but it's the closest I could find on a dollmaker. i910.photobucket.com/albums/ac306/porcelainteaset/LoTM/Titania2.png ))
No matter how Ciel had her hair pre-henshin, afterwards is is loose, with most of the colour faded from it. From the tips of her hair there is no colour at all, then it slowly bleeds back into blonde nearer to her roots. There is the faintest suggestion of a multitude of colours, reflecting the light, but they are not obvious unless one is staring at her hair for quite some time. Across her forehead is a small floral white pearl-chain tiara, the ends clipped into her hair, with a larger thistle-coloured pearl in the centre, upon which is inscribed her symbol. Across her cheekbones Titania has six (three each side) gemstones, one in each of her three colours.
Regardless of what make-up she may have been wearing pre-transformation, post-henshin the only make-up that is on Titania's face is a neutral pink/peach lipgloss and the faintest suggestion of eyeliner.
On her torso Titania wears a halter-neck-style sleeveless leotard in floral white, made of a fabric that seems to shine. Bands of the same fabric encircle her upper arms and wrists, between which hang sashes of a slightly sheer fabric in the same colour, this time edged with tiny pearls of white. The same pearls edge the high neck of the leotard. The legs of the leotard are cut high, showing off the top of her hips where the skirt sits low.
The skirt itself is long and flowing, in the same sheer fabric as the sashes on her arms, and has a slit up each side for ease of movement. It sits low on her hips. On top of the skirt, giving a false modicum of modesty, Titania wears a two-layer belt of thistle, studded with pearlescent gemstones of both floral white and lavender blush, the tail of which somewhat resembles a tie (thinner at the top, wider at the bottom). The gemstones vary in size; those on the bits of belt around her hips are small, roughly the size of a five-pence piece, whereas the ones down the centre of the tail are larger, roughly the size of a two-pence piece. In the centre of the belt is a large stone of lavender blush, upon which is engraved the symbol of Uranus. Beneath the belt is a secondary “skirt” formed entirely of strings of pearls. These strings reach to her ankles, and each is spaced two inches apart from its neighbour.
Beneath her sheer skirt, protecting her modesty, Titania wears leggings of floral white, in a fabric that is very-nearly-sheer, though just opaque enough to hide her underwear. Upon her feet Titania wears knee-high boots of thistle with pearlescent gemstone studs of lavender blush down the centre. The top of the boot is v-shaped, the V pointing to her toes. The boots have a modest heel.
Weapon: “Lumenox” - a multi-faceted crystal-like orb on a chain. Lumenox is clear, and constantly shifting through the colours of spectrum, and is about the size of a clenched fist. She usually has the chain wrapped around her wrist, over the band of her arm-sashes.
Me Lene Phos (I Am Light/My Name is Light)
Battle Style: Titania would ideally like to not be anywhere near a battle, or at the very least be able to stay miles back and be a sort of magical sniper. Unfortunately, her attack is such that she needs to be relatively close to the action (though thankfully not right in it).
Warrior Personality: Ciel and Titania have such disparate personalities that for the first few minutes post-transformation there is complete disorientation. Where Ciel is bubbly and exuberant, Titania is quiet and almost cold. She will do her duty because it is her duty, and until someone can persuade her otherwise, that is how she will feel.
Passive Abilities: Both as Ciel and Titania, she is able to manipulate the light around her, causing her to become somewhat camouflaged. If she moves, it becomes instantly obvious where she is, but if she staysvewy vewy quiet still it is not obvious.
[ It Ends Here Tonight ]
[ The Story of the Past ]
She never wanted to be a warrior. The girl who would grow to the be the woman re-named Titania wished for nothing more than a quiet life, taking on her parents' business when they grew too old. She had never shown any aptitude for magic, no more than any other youngster, and though she respected the royal family, she never had any interest in them. What interest could she have in something so far removed from her own life? Photine did as she always did; quietly paid her respects when they were due, then moved on with the important things in her life.
She, like her family, were not overly-worried about the gossip regarding the royalty, how there was talk at the castle of the magi being unable to locate the young princess' guardian. Photine, like her parents, shrugged fatalistically and said that “What will be, will be”. It was but passing gossip to the family; Photine worried about her sisters, her parents, not people she had only seen from a distance and whom she knew not.
When she hit fifteen, however, everything changed. It had been a day of terrible storms, the sky clouding over so dark it was like night. Her younger siblings had been afraid; the wind blew out even the most protected of candles, and their parents were out at work. The children were convinced the darkness would get them. Photine had assured them it would not, and continued to try and keep candles alight. She promised them they would be safe, and that she - their eldest sibling - would be the light.
Perhaps it was the words she spoke, or the urge to keep her dear sisters cheered, but whatever the reason her magic awoke. Light span from her, brightening the room to a mid-day shine. Her sisters had been fascinated, enthralled. Photine had been terrified. She knew - as everyone on their planet knew - that the one chosen to become the guardian of the throne of Uranus would be the one who could control light. How was it that she had suddenly been granted this ability, out of practically nowhere?
She tried to persuade her sisters not to breathe a word of it, but even if they had not the fact she could not stop glowing would have given the game away. Her parents were bemused, neither as horrified as she nor as excited as her sisters. How could the youngsters understand what would happen? Photine had never listened to the gossip about the royals, but she had listened avidly to the horror stories the older children all told, about how anyone thought to be useful to the palace was spirited away in the dead of night, never to be seen by friend or family again.
It did not take long for news of Photine's surge of magic to reach the palace, and sure enough upper-class servants arrived with a small contingent of guards to escort her to the palace. There were assurances she would see her family again, but Photine knew with a horrible cold dread that she never would.
(( Rest of history to be filled in once there's a Uranus to bounce from! ))

- Sequence: Titania draws Lumenox to hang in front of her face, closes her eyes, and whispers- “Me Lene Phos”.
- Effect: As she whispers the name of her attack, the light in the surrounding area is drawn to Lumenox. If she continues to hold the attack, Titania can pull all light into the gem, leaving the area dim-to-dark. Following this, she has one of two options; she can either continue to hold the attack (as long as her strength lasts and her concentration is not broken) or she can release the light in a blinding burst.
If she moves, it becomes instantly obvious where she is, but if she stays
